Hello, NRFCU VISA® Cardholder!

We’re updating our credit card options! Your NEW VISA® Credit Card will arrive in the mail from mid to late February, 2022. Please follow the steps below to set up your new VISA Credit Card.


Step 1: Activate Your New Card

Once your new card arrives, you will have to activate it by calling the phone number located on the back of the card on or after February 28, 2022.


Step 2: Choose Your New Program!

Choose between three new options, or stick with your previous fixed rate! Let us know what you’ve chosen by filling out the online form below.

PLEASE NOTE: Cardholders who choose a NEW program are required to submit a new VISA application (See Step 3). Once approved, they will be sent a second new card with a new number in the mail that must be activated again.

Submit the form below or mail us the form you’ve received in the mail by March 31, 2022! THIS IS NOT A VISA CREDIT CARD APPLICATION.


Step 3: Fill Out a New VISA Application

If you’ve chosen one of our three new VISA options, you must fill out a new application. Once approved, a second new VISA card will be sent to you for activation.

If you’ve chosen to stick with your previous fixed rate, skip to Step 4!


Step 4: Register Your Permanent Card in eCS

Once your permanent card has been received and activated, it’s time to register the card in eCS, our NEW Visa Credit Card management website (Members who choose not to enroll in a new program can activate and register their card immediately). This is the ONLY site where you will view and manage your new VISA credit card.

  • Make sure your credit card is activated by calling the phone number on your new card and following the prompts.

  • Use a desktop or laptop computer for the registration process. Registering your card with a mobile phone will not work.

  • Visit the eCS website here.

  • On the eCS log-in page, click "Register" at the bottom of the page. Enter your credit card number, click to open the Terms & Conditions page, and accept by checking the boxes.

  • Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN and your Zip Code when prompted, then click "Continue".

  • Create your log in information including username and password.

  • Choose your security questions and answers.

  • You will then be sent a 16-digit verification code to your email that will complete registration. Once this code is entered in the prompts, you will be able to return to the eCS homepage and log in with your credentials.

  • View transactions and statements, make payments, and manage your card all in one place!

PLEASE NOTE: For the time being, eCS is the ONLY place where you can make a credit card payment. You will temporarily no longer be able to transfer funds in our app and online banking.
